Marketing Airdrie's premiere community
Cooper's Crossing website
This is our third generation site for Westmark Holdings, the developer of Cooper’s Crossing. In each site, we based the design on brand collateral of current marketing efforts.
A new innovation is the manner in which we presented the very vertical community plan without creating any page scrolling. We created the Viewfinder, a floating, movable window containing a thumbnail of the plan that interacts with the community plan content; as the user scrolls the Viewfinder, the full size plan image in the main page, moves accordingly. The functionality also works in the reverse.
Each builder page also has a custom slideshow featuring their best photography.
Adding to the ambience, we shortlisted several composers of original modern music, our preferenced preferred. The site employs full theme and acoustic theme, depending on the page content and marketing intent.
Supporting this enhanced presence is a custom robust content management system. The site speaks MODx.
